How do I create a child profile? Tap "Add Profile" on the home screen. Enter your child's name, choose an avatar, and select their preferred language (English or German).
How does the subscription work? Mathimals offers a 7-day free trial. After the trial, a subscription of $1.99/month gives full access to all 5 learning paths and 75 lessons. You can cancel anytime in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
How do I cancel my subscription? Go to iPhone Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Mathimals → Cancel Subscription.
Can I restore a previous purchase? Yes. On the paywall screen, tap "Restore Purchase" to restore an active subscription.
My child completed a lesson but the stars didn't save. What should I do? Make sure you tap "Continue" on the results screen (not the home button). Progress is saved when the result screen appears.
Can I reset my child's progress? Yes. Go to the ⚙️ Settings screen within the app → "Reset All Progress". This will delete all lesson history and badges for that profile.
Is the app available in German? Yes! Each child profile can be set to English or German independently. Change it anytime in the profile's Settings screen.
Does the app work offline? Yes. All content is stored on-device. No internet connection is required to play lessons.
Is there a version for iPad? The app is designed for iPhone. It can run on iPad via iPhone compatibility mode.
